In the same building from the side of the cetral square are situated:

• the heardquater of the youth organisation PRORYV (Break Through) and the High School of the Political Leadership named after Ernesto Che Guevara;

• "ELINBURG" restaurant. One of the best restaurants in the town disigned like a medieval castle inside and having a big terace with a nice view on the central park and the river outside.
